Carburter Air/Fuel Adjustment Screw.

I have a 1995 savage and I am trying to find out how many turns to adjust the air/fuel mixture screw on the right side of the carb. A previous owner had it and it was burning rich, but I want to set it back to factory specs. Thanks.
